Paradigm Goes Big, Intros Ultra Cube 12

Posted Wednesday, December 6, 2006

Paradigm Electronics has introduced the UltraCube™12 subwoofer.

While still an ultra-compact design at 14 inches (35.6 cm) tall (including its stylish feet!), everything about this subwoofer is optimized for high performance. The unit is a big brother to the UltraCube™ 10, which was winning awards and rave reviews a scant few weeks after its market introduction.

When it comes to exceptional bass in a small space nothing matches the performance of Paradigm’s UltraCubes. This latest UltraCube features a 12-inch (305 mm) mineral-filled co-polymer polypropylene cone driver capable of even further-extended bass performance. The 12’s built-in Super-Class-D™ high-frequency switching amplifier provides 1500 watts Dynamic Peak and 650 watts RMS Sustained power. Such power gives the “12” the ability to handle whatever today’s home theater can throw at it, without ever breaking a sweat. Available in Black Ash; FMV price $999 (US).
